Founder and Executive Director
Mireille is a certified executive coach, facilitator, and learning journey designer, specializing in leadership and organizational development. Her practice is rooted in collective intelligence and participatory approaches. Over the past fifteen years, she has worked alongside environmental civil society leaders and organizations in the Congo Basin, developing a deep understanding of the dynamics and challenges shaping environmental action in the region. For five of those years, she served as Co-Director of an environmental NGO, gaining first-hand experience of both the realities of the sector and what it takes to lead an organization within it.
In 2023, she founded Terra Mucho and carries its vision as Executive Director. She is its architect and driving force: she lays the foundations of the organization, brings together teams, mobilizes resources, develops programs, and builds the partnerships that allow it to take shape, strengthen, and expand its reach and impact.
She is driven by the conviction that women environmental leaders must have the visibility, connections, and support they need to lead on their own terms and transform their contexts.
