Marion Cremona

Well-Being Pathway Lead and facilitator

“My last name comes from a town in northern Italy. It connects me directly, without detour, to my origins. Cremona—capital of violin making, land of Stradivarius—carries the scent of crafted wood and the echo of ancient music. My grandfather, Fausto Ciro, left this land between the two world wars to help rebuild a piece of France and sing serenades to my grandmother. I was born from this story of love, exile, memory, and music.”

Marion has been an activist for 20 years, working on environmental, feminist, and intersectional causes. As an organizational communications specialist, she has developed expertise in collective intelligence, facilitation, and accompaniment, as well as in women’s well-being and empowerment. Trained in mental health first aid and in supporting women affected by gender-based and sexual violence (GBV), she also uses dance and writing as forms of expression. This diversity of experience informs a practice rooted in today’s complex social realities.

She joined Terra Mucho in 2025 and supports women leaders in strengthening their well-being, reconnecting with their priorities, and reclaiming their power to act. She coordinates the Well-Being Pathway, co-facilitates several pathways within the Mosaïque Mwasi Collective, and contributes to the organization’s strategic reflections.

Her belief is: “Enabling women leaders to take care of themselves and occupy the empty seats is essential for the future of humanity.”
