Angélique Grondin

Communications Manager

“I’m a Grondin from Réunion Island—like the fish, shaped by many currents and full of character. I like to think I’ve inherited a talent for navigating different currents and a habit of showing up where people least expect me. Along the way, I’ve collected layers of culture, curiosity, and stories waiting to be shared—all of which fuel my passion for bringing people together.”

Drawing on experience in both the private sector and humanitarian organizations, Angelique is a senior communications and advocacy specialist who bridges strategic communications with field realities. Over the past decade, she has worked across food security, migration, and youth engagement, translating complex field and policy realities into compelling, human-centered narratives that strengthen understanding, visibility, and collaboration.

She joined Terra Mucho in 2026 and leads communications work, shaping how the organization’s voice, stories, and impact are shared across francophone Africa. She equally contributes to making visible the actions and impact of women members of the Mosïque Mwasi Collective.

Her work is rooted in her commitment to making people seen and heard—bringing forward voices from the field, translating lived experiences into engaging narratives, and ensuring that those driving change have the tools to be recognized, connected, and amplified.
